The CATALONIA TRANSIT hotel is located in the Lleida railway station and is therefore an excellent place to stay for those travelling by train. The hotel is a beautiful classical building in the city's financial district and a mere 5 minutes from the historic centre. The station was built at the beginning of the century in 1916, and the hotel opened in 1996. It preserves the classical spirit of the building, which has been declared Historic Heritage site of the city. In the corridors of the hotel's 3 floors you will see photographs of old locomotives and train landscapes. All its 51 rooms have air conditioning, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Canal + and complete marble bathroom with a hair dryer. The hotel has a meeting room and a coffee bar.
