This 4-star small chateau is an all-suite residence located just outside of Montpellier and is the ideal place to relax whilst easily keeping in touch with the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also a great starting point for excursions in the surrounding region. ***LOCATION*** The hotel is located on the outskirts of Montpellier, 7km (20min drive) to the city centre, near an industrial part of the city and just off the highway, which makes it very convenient for guests wishing to travel around the area. Set in a large garden and surrounded with trees, the road noise is limited. Unfortunately, there are no dining/food shopping facilities within walking distance from the hotel. It is at least 30-minute drive to the sea. ***EXTERIOR*** The property is a small chateau dating back to the 18th century. It is elegant and simple, with its pale facades, large windows and 2 small turrets. There is also a 4-storey annex building in modern style. ***LEISURE FACILITIES*** Onsite hotel guests can enjoy a small outdoor swimming pool, basic fitness area and an 11-hole golf course. ***ROOMS*** Suites and studios vary in size due to the historical nature of the building. 'Tradition' suites are located in the main chateau building or in the Pavillion annex. They are on average 30 to 40 sqm in size and comprise of a bedroom, lounge area, kitchenette, bathroom and separate toilet. Rooms are stylishly furnished and decorated in contemporary style in chocolate, pink or green shades and have wooden floors Bathrooms are modern and well equipped. Both the bathrooms and the bedrooms are very well maintained. All rooms in the Pavillion have a balcony. ***RESTAURANTS & BARS*** There is a bar and a restaurant on the hotel's premises. Restaurant 'Le Grand Arbre' features a contemporary setting made of wood, stone and wrought iron. It serves local specialties, either in the dining room or on the sunny terrace, with views of the pool and the golf course. A continental breakfast buffet is served weekdays from 7.00 to 10.00 am and weekends from 7.30 to 10.30 am. ***OTHER INFORMATION*** A car is recommended for transportation to Montpellier or around the region. Advance reservation is recommended at the hotel's restaurant for lunch and dinner.
