The hotel also lies very close to Paddington station (1 stop by tube from Bayswater or a few stops by bus) which has direct train connections to Heathrow airport. The surrounding area is full of cafes, restaurants and shops including a large shopping centre Whiteleys. A public health centre - Porchester Centre - with gym and a large swimming pool is a short walk from the hotel. ***EXTERIOR*** The property is a 7-storey converted Georgian town house. ***ROOMS*** Rooms are reported to be small and simply furnished however they are clean and well maintained. Rooms have bright coloured bed spreads, wooden furniture and the basic amenities expected of a hotel in this class. Bathrooms are also reported to be quite small but they are clean and in fair condition. ***HOTEL FACILITIES*** Check-in 13:00, check-out 11:00. 24-hour reception, wireless internet. ***RESTAURANTS & BARS*** There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel, however the local area has many restaurants to suit all tastes.
