The main train station is only two minutes on foot and the Bolzano Dolomites Airport is 10 minutes drive. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping venues nearby. **EXTERIOR** The property is an ancient and medieval building dating back from the end of the 19th century. Although the building was completely refurbished in 1998 still keeps the full character of the medieval period it was built. The hotel is a large and elegant 5-storey building with a white and pale yellow coloured facade. **LEISURE FACILITIES** The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and comfortable deck chairs ideal for relaxing. There are Jazz performances every Friday at the Laurin Bar. **ROOMS** Rooms are very large in size individually decorated in a traditional and refined style. The rooms are elegantly furnished and decorated with original paintings by local artists. There are nice large windows overlooking the town and the mountains. The bathrooms are spacious with beautiful marble floors. Both rooms and bathrooms are reported to be very clean and in excellent conditions. **RESTAURANTS & BARS** The restaurant offers superb local cuisine and Mediterranean dishes in an elegant dining room. During the summer season, food and refreshments can be served outside in the garden.
