Aressana

The name Aressana is derived from the script found at the Acrotiri excavations dating back to l500 BC. Archaeologists believe this to be the name a young maiden that offered gifts to the gods. Housed in a design by celebrated Greek architects, Thomas Gavalas and Dora Monioudi, Aressana has become to epitomize the gracious hospitality that the Santorinian people are renown for. An opulent breakfast buffet with international and local morning delicacies is served in the dinning room adjacent the swimming pool. The pool bar provides a refreshing break from the Greek sun, serving light Santorinian meals, while the wood-paneled main bar and terrace is the ideal location for pre-dinner drinks. Guest rooms have all the refinements expected of a fine hotel, while being decorated in a traditional Cycladic style, with balcony or private terrace. Room service, private safe deposit boxes, laundry services, baby sitting and turn-down service are all provided.
