Altes Brauhaus
Hotel Altes Brauhaus (Old Brewery), with its relaxed and informal atmosphere, is quietly and yet centrally placed within the protective old city walls, surrounded by the gardens of the old part of the town and romantic timber-frame houses, only 3 minutes walk from the historic market place. It was built in 1698, declared to be a "free imperial brewery" by the magistrate in 1724 and, in 1984 converted into a modern hotel with 60 rooms with a romantic atmosphere and modern luxuries.
