Duisdale Country House
Originally built as a hunting lodge for the chief of Clan MacDonald in the 1860s, the Duisdale Hotel is an outstanding base from which to explore the majestic, peaceful scenery and attractions that the beautiful Isle of Skye has to offer. It is set in lovely gardens which surround the hotel and extend to about 30 acres of wooded hillside with breathtaking views across the sea to the hills of Knoydart.
Public areas and bedrooms alike are of a very high standard. The hotel is both stylish and homely offering a wonderful experience to the discerning traveller and fabulous Scottish cuisine. Lighter and less formal meals are provided in 'The Chart Room', with fine dining available in their award winning restaurant.
