Steadings Hotel (grouse and Trout)
Charming country hotel situated at Strathnairn, just 15 miles south of Inverness, the Highlands' thriving capital city, and less than eight miles from the historic and evocative shores of Loch Ness. It is an excellent base from which to explore the wild southern shore of the infamous loch.
There are nine well appointed guest rooms, some are on the ground floor and some on the first floor, all are decorated to compliment the surroundings and style of the property and all come with the standard amenities you would expect from a three star hotel.
The hotel offers guests use of their lounge bar, the ideal place to relax with a dram of whisky or Scottish beer. It also has a cosy lounge seating with panoramic views of the area where regular sightings of hares, deer and even the occasional osprey or woodpecker can be viewed via the binoculars the hotel provides for guest use.
