Gleneagles is a five star golf resort hotel set in 850 acres of stunning scenery in Perthshire and only one hour's drive from Edinburgh & Glasgow. Gleneagles has 233 luxurious bedrooms including 13 exclusively decorated suites. Spirit Suites can be one bedroom for single, twin or double occupancy, or two bedroom for more than two guests. Luxury two bedroom Tower Suites are also available. Facilities include a leisure club with full facilities including an outdoor heated pool and the adjacent Spa offers an exclusive range of beauty care & therapeutic treatments. Golf at Gleneagles is a pleasure, with three championship standard courses. There is also a shooting & fishing school (expert instruction given), school of falconry, off-road driving and an equestrian centre.
You can enjoy fine cuisine and vintage wines at one of the 4 restaurants or lighter meals can be enjoyed in one of the bars.
The Gleneagles is currently investing in an ongoing programme in the run-up to hosting the Ryder Cup 2014, and which is expected to be complete by mid January 2008. Please note, the Gleneagles ensure that there will be minimal disruption to guests while these projects are taking place.
