The apartments are located in the part of Split formerly known for its greenhouses and flower gardens, which were grown thanks to the micro-climate providing sun and warmth even during the winter months. They are situated beside a large rocky beach, on a little elevation with a view of the sea and the islands Brac and Solta. It is a 30-minute walk along the seafront to the centre of town and the Diocletian palace - the historical origins of the town. Visitors can enjoy their morning walk, have a coffee in one of the many coffee-bars or go for a jog by the sea and breathe in the healthy and fragrant sea air. The bus and train stations are about 3 km away.
