The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Johor Bahru, Malaysia's southern gateway, close to the commercial and entertainment complexes yet comfortably far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is possible for guests to explore much of the city on foot. If they wish to visit places of interest that are not within walking distance, city taxis are easily available and very convenient. It is about a 30-minute drive from the hotel to Sultan Ismail Airport in Senai, while guests coming from Singapore can reach the hotel within 10 minutes via the Causeway.
