The Lilly Restaurant with rooms is in the perfect location right on the sea front of the West Shore. We have a fine dining restaurant for that memorable dining experience with an excellent team of award winning chefs - including the Juinor Chef of Wales finalist who was awarded silver in the 0809 competition and the previous Head Chef of Rutin Castle who was recently awarded 2 AA Rosettes. Also no meal is complete without our selection of finest wines and Champagnes includinfg Crystal. If its a more relaxed atmosphere you are looking for we have our MadHatters Brassiere - taken fron the Lewis Carrol story of Alice In Wonderland which was written here on the West Shore. This is an elegant yet comfortable environment to enjoy a delicious meal from a variety of menus including afternoon tea or even just a relaxing drink from our well stocked bar.We are in the process of referbishing the whole place and look forward to binging it up to a 5 Restaurant with Rooms.
