Loch Tay Highland Lodges was established 25 years ago on a private 160 acre Highland estate and with sympathetic and imaginative development has matured into the beautiful holiday destination it is today. Set amongst the glorious Perthshire scenery in the foothills of Ben Lawers and at the waters edge of unspoilt Loch Tay the ever changing moods and colours of the seasons are reflected in the stunning views which are all around. Wildlife is abundant with red squirrels buzzards and roe deer regularly seen on the estate to the delight of our guests. Nestling within the park are the pine lodges all individually sited facing south with lawns and large balconies in order to maximise the loch views and the sunshine! Comfortable warm well equipped and spacious the lodges provide quality accommodation for your holiday.Complimenting the lodges our wooden tepees wigwams and Mongolian yurt offer a good standard of budget accommodation and along with our cosy contemporary new woodland cabin village add a new dimension to the park providing guests with a unique and versatile combination of holiday accommodation options.The Boathouse Restaurant is located overlooking the marina friendly bistro style atmosphere with welcoming an open fire during colder weather and large sun decks beside the loch for eating out the summer months. Families are very welcome. Our purpose built marina has ten pebble boats for hire all with outboard motors. Boats can be hired by the half or full day for fishing or cruising on the loch. Alternatively guests are welcome to bring their own craft and moor them for the duration of their holiday. The marina also offers thrilling speedboat trips on the loch for those who fancy something a little more exciting. A diverse range of activities awaits from exploring the peaceful and enchanting waters of Loch Tay with a leisurely pleasure cruise or on a high speed rib boat salmon or trout fishing or a spot of fishing tuition archery sailing canoeing and mountain biking are all available and many more exciting activities such as white water rafting horse riding wildlife safaris and quad biking in the near vicinity. Several excellent golf courses are within an hours' drive there is hill walking abundant wildlife luxury shopping castles and distilleries.Magnificent Glen Coe is less than an hour's drive and the west coast of Scotland less than two hours where you can catch a ferry trip and explore the beautiful Scottish Islands.
