This delightful 2 bedroom cottage is in a central location in the heart of Watford between the town centre and 5 minutes walk form the Junction Station which is 18 minutes from London. The cottage is fully fitted with a designer kitchen which come fully equipped with ovenhob integrated fridge and freezer washerdryer dishwasher and microwave. And of course all cutlery crockery cooking utensils toaster etc. The diningmorning room has glass top table and matching chairs and glass shelf unit. and portable TV also a radiocd player. The lounge has leather furnitureblack glass nest of tables 32 flat screen cable tv dvd and wifi are standard. Gas central heating. Our housekeeper comes once a week to serviced with fresh towels bed linen and cleaning. The garden comes with table and chairs and bbq. Residence parking (on street)vouchers are available. Non smoking. A large bathroom on the ground floor has a bath with shower and separate toilette. The first floor consists of 2 double bedrooms one with a double bed and the other 2 twin beds. both have wardrobes and bedside table with lights and clock radio alarms. There is a small safe in the main bedroom. You will met on arrival with a welcome basket of food plus milk butter and bread and given a show around and a map and explanation of the area.
