We are a small family run guesthouse situated just 2 minutes walk from the wonderful beaches of Great Yarmouth Brittania Pier and Regent Road shopping area.We have 2 en-suite family rooms 3 standard double rooms and a single room. The 4 standard rooms all have their own washing facilities but share 2 toilets and 2 showers.All rooms have central heating and high standard double glazed windows TVDVD players and tea and coffee making facilities.We have a licensed bar with brand name beers (Stella Becks Fosters) starting at £1.25 a bottle and brand name spirits (Smirnoff Jack Daniels Bacardi) starting at £1.50.We are baby and child friendly offering free loan of a travel cot and highchair if required.Wireless broadband is available to any guest with a wireless-enabled laptop during their visit.We are a no-smoking guest house but we do have an outside seating area for those who still like a puff!If you don't fancy going out to one of the many quality cafes and restaurants in the area we can even do an evening meal for you for just £5pppn for a two-course meal.
