The hotel is independently owned and family run. We take great pride in serving our delicious food and giving our guests a warm welcome.We make all the dishes cakes and sweets ourselves none of the ready meals here. Our portions are large and very satisfying especially after a day on the fells. We offer modern newly furnished rooms with thick chunky towels and locally made toiletries ensuite bathrooms - sparkling pristine and up to the minute - luxurious supercomfy beds You will get all sorts of little extras: conversation stunning views peace breakfasts to remember advice and help when needed all this from delightful human beings rather than corporate functionaries.
