The heart of the hotel is a sixteenth century building that has been bravely re-designed to house the bar and award winning English Restaurant and Thai Brasserie (destinations in themselves).Five Bedrooms ten suites and two cottages are spread throughout the establishment each individually designed using bold structures bespoke furniture and elaborate materials. The hotel sits at the front of its sixty acre farm which rears much of the fresh produce for its restaurants and is home to The Crazy Bear Farm Shop.
