Initially built as a Church now an impressive bed and breakfast boasting 50 standard furnished rooms both large and small. Sympathetically restored to keep in line with modern requirements yet retaining much of the stunning Gothic architecture. With a glowing reputation as the best value-for-money accommodation provider in Newcastle Upon Tyne We charge 50% of the total amount on the time of booking.We now charge a 5% fee for all card transactions.The room rental rates include Continental Breakfast.Our check in time is from 01:00pm to 11:00pmWe reserve the right to charge an early check-in fee of £10 per hour till 11am and a late check-in fee of £10 per hour after 11pm.Standard checkout is by 11:00 am you can arrange to extend your stay for an additional £10 per hour after standard checkout time. If you decide to pay to extend your stay you must leave by 01:00pm.All Group bookings of 4 or more may be asked a security bond of £20 per person which will be held by us through the course of their stay and depending on the state of the room the bond will be returned.
