The Bull is a traditional coaching Inn dating from the early 17th century although the foundations date from the mid 1300's making it the second oldest Inn in Norfolk. It was the first or last change of horses on the Kings Lynn to Great Yarmouth coaching route. The stables and coach house have been converted to provide 3 double rooms which are disabled friendly with large shower rooms. There are 2 large family rooms sleeping upto five people and a selfcontained cottage sleeping six . There are 4 other doubletwin rooms 2 of which can sleep 3. The public bar and cosy restaurant have all been restored recently and are a wealth of beams with ingolnook fireplaces.The bar features a bar top and 4 semi circular tables of thick Welsh slate which once were two cutting tables from the Royal tailors Gieves and Hawkes No 1 Savilie Row London. the old court room for the area has also been restored and the old fireplace is again in working order this room can be hired for private reception. The court yard provides secure parking which is locked at night. Ideal location for walking and cycling breaks with storage for bikes. All year round fishing within 400yds on day ticket with more in the locality. Fishing and birdwatching guides can be arranged. Close to the North Norfolk coast and situated in the heart of ITVs Kingdom country.
