The Wensleydale Heifer
This traditional inn has been fully refurbished retaining the original features whilst offering guests every modern comfort. The accommodation boasts nine themed bedrooms based upon many of the unique traditions of the dales.This 17th century former coaching inn and AA Sea fish Pub of the Year hides a smart modern seafood restaurant offering two different dining experiences. The fish bar is less formal with sea grass flooring wooden tables and rattan chairs while the restaurant has a much more contemporary casually formal atmosphere. The kitchenshows it's pedigree via a repertoire awash with the fruits of the sea and locally sourced meats that are handled with simplicity and the expertise that can only be achieved by award winning chefs.
