Heworth Court has been awarded 4 star by VisitBritain in the category of GUEST ACCOMMODATION .All bedrooms and public areas are strictly non-smoking. Our guest accommodation comes highly recommended. Our Lamplight Restaurant is open for evening meals Tuesday - Saturday (closed Sundays and Mondays) serving between 6pm and 8.30pm (last orders 8pm). Forward bookings are welcome. Bedrooms pictured are examples of a Standard and a Superior room. Standard and Superior rooms are subject to availability. IMPORTANT - OUR ROOMS VARY IN SIZE AND TYPES OF BED AND ARE LOCATED ON THE GROUND 1ST OR 2ND FLOOR (NO LIFT) OF THE MAIN BUILDING OR ANNEXE (NEXT DOOR BUT 2). THE BAR RECEPTION RESIDENT'S LOUNGE AND RESTAURANT SERVING BOTH BREAKFAST AND EVENING MEAL ARE SITUATED IN THE MAIN BUILDING. Full English Breakfast available 7.30 - 9.30am each morning. We are situated only twelve minutes walk from York Minster and there is ample FREE PRIVATE PARKING to the rear of the main building and at our annexe building 'Sutherland House'. If you don't want to walk to the medieval city centre then simply hop on the shuttle bus outside the hotel. Popular whisky bar open all day with a good range of drinks and beers. NOTE - minimum of 2 nights stay if staying on Saturday usually applies however rooms may become available for 1 night on a last minute basis or where a room has been let on the preceding Friday.
