The Pool House
The pool house is a stylish house new in 2010. It has two double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms and one bedroom with two sets of bunk beds to sleep 4 people.There is a third shower room and laundry area in the centre of the house. The open-plan kitchen living-room and dining area open on to the terrace with a view of the shared swimming pool and countryside views. Situated within 10 minutes of the beautiful beaches around Porto Conte and Capo Caccia and on the edge of the national park of Porto Conte you can choose from sailing wind-surfing snorkelling diving golf motocross horse-ridinggolf and off-road cycling within 10 minutes of the house. There is a supermarket and bar in the borgata and a cooperative wine cantina within 15 minutes drive where you can buy wine made from the grapes grown locally (including grapes from the bottom of the garden)The area is very well known for its locally produced food and there is a huge choice of 'Agriturismi' where you can enjoy locally grown lunch or dinner. The swimming pool is shared with one other house. All linen towels and beach towels are included in your holiday price. Your end of holiday cleaning service is £60
