It is equipped with central heating television DVD player radio loudspeaker for iPhone and iPod.Free access to internet.The apartment is composed of : - independent entrance - spacious living room with giant plasma aquarium two leather sofa beds - hall with table and 8 comfortable chairs - two bedrooms with wardrobes - two bathrooms one with shower and the other with bathtub bidet radiator to always have your warm towels hair dryer washing-machine. - kitchen completely equipped with gas cooker electric oven microwave refrigerator and freezer coffe-pot electric kettle iron iron board vacuum cleaner and drying rack.Location:The apartment Ca' Preziosa is in the district of Cannaregio it is a few steps away from the famous Church of the Miracles 5' from the Rialto Bridge and 10' from S. Marco square a central position but at the same time very quiet and silent. Besides the Arsenale and the Gardens of the Biennale can be reach by foot in less than 15 minutes and in boat in 20 minutes around.Fondamente Nove is the nearest stop of the vaporetto (less than 100 meters without bridges!!!).From the international airport Marco Polo there is a motorboat service Alilaguna to directly go down to Fondamente Nove.From the railway Station or Piazzale Roma you can take the vaporetto number 52 or number 42 and go down to the same stop. Besides from this stop you can easily take the vaporetto to reach the islands Murano Burano or Torcello situated in opposite directions.In this neighbourhood you will find different restaurants supermarkets cafès clothing stores and grocer's.We would be pleased to organize your free transfer coming from the vaporetto stop by personally accompany you to the apartment.
