The hotel started as logistical support back in March 1969 offered hospitality 'to workers who contributed to the construction of the industrial zone. Today is a hotel with 39 rooms and is able to accommodate 63 people in single double triple and twin rooms all with full facilities television and a telephone (wireless area surcharge).
