The Uguccioni Palace constructed in 1550 by the school of Raffaello is located on Piazza della Signoria 7 and represents one of the most beautiful examples of the Renaissance in Florence. Thanks to recent restorations the palace perfectly blends modern comforts with the ancient and elegant original style. The building is located few steps away from the Palazzo Vecchio and close to all of the most important monuments in the city. Nearby the Piazza della Signoria our clients have the chance to enjoy many shops and exclusive restaurants. PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN IS VIA DELLA VIGNA NUOVA 9 (RESIDENCE OFFICE). Contact our office on the number provided to receive the check in instructions (Mon-Fri 10am6pm). During the week end (Saturday and Sunday) the check in will be done by appointment calling the office 48 hours before the arrival. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented on duty (Euro 2500 per person). This service is optional. In case the guests are not interested we need to be informed 48 hours before the arrival date. Mandatory fees are: Energy surcharge Euro 500 per person per night; Cleaning fee: Euro 5000 per stay for housekeeping gratuity; Hotel resort fee: Euro 1000 per person per night.
