This 17 th century country house is placed right in the heart of the Po Delta next to the main branch of the river Po. This fascinating mixture of peaceful country side fertile farmlands salty and fresh waters now belongs to the regional park called Parco del Delta del Po. The lady of the house who is Irish will tell you which are the most charming trips to be made around the Delta ither by car bike boat canoe or on horse back. Ca'Zen now offers bed and breakfast as well as reception rooms and garden which make a perfect setting for wedding celebrations parties and concerts... Delicious breakfasts based on homemade products are served beautifully in the dining room or in the garden or on the beautiful brick aia which in the old days was used for drying out crops. In the evening after a long day spent sightseeing or doing sports or excursions in the Po Delta Park our guests may relax in their own private drawing room and read a book next to a roaring wood fire. For dinner we will be happy to suggest all the best local fish and meat restaurants. Fish is cocked beautifully in the Delta and is one of the highlights of the region.From Ca'Zen it is possible to organize excursions in the most fascinating parts of the Park. Canoes boats bycicles and horsescan all be hired in the area. This ancient Country House is also the ideal location for exploring the Po Delta Park on horse back for dressage and show jumping stages.
