You will be scheduled for an appointment with one of the staff members who will wait for you at the apartment. Supplying your arrival time (including updates on delays etc) is therefore essential and will ensure a smooth check-in process for all concerned.The cost of final cleaning is included in the rate.Key collection can take place from Monday to Friday until 19:00. After 19:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays the service is not included and a small fee must be paid on the spot with different costs depending on arrival time.Number of Guests:Only the number of guests declared at the time of booking is allowed.
