Hotel Fioriti
The Hotel Fioriti was set up the 11 of August 2007 from the willingness of the 'maitre' Angelo Fioriti a member of the socety ordine dei gran maestri della ristorazione(a prestigious order of cooking).The building is located on the historical city of Matelica a site of archeological intrest who bring evidences of the ancient 'Piceni' civilization.His long history hidden by the ages sometimes springs up with force. Only few years ago some beautiful mosaics of the roman period were found during the restructuring of the hotel.
