Located in Via Gorizia (corner Via Roma) less than 100m from the central station our BandB is located within the Palace Rutelli (designed by architect Ernesto Basile). It is a simple and pleasant place to stay due to the courtesy and helpfulness of its owners. The central station is very close to the BandB and it facilitates the comfortable moving through public bus and subway in the city and toward the airport Falcone - Borsellino which is also approachable by the bus Prestia and Comandè. BandB 's location facilitates the visit of many monuments and buildings of historical interest in Palermo. Specifically it is easy to visit Vuccinia Market and the Magestic Theatre Massimo (also designed by Ernesto Basile) and subsequently Piazza Castelnuovo to admire the elegant Teatro Politeama Garibaldi. Along the road near Lincoln you can visit the splendid botanic garden and the garden of Villa Giulia (next to the waterfront of Foro Italico). The BandB is located on the 3rd floor and served by a lift. The rooms bright and high (some with balconies) are equipped with several amenities: private bathroom with hairdryer a set of personal hygiene television with DVD player air conditioning internet (cable or wireless).
