Nestling among the gentle hills of Tuscany and within easy reach of the dreamy cities of Pisa and Lucca our villa offers everything lovers of Italy could wish for:Breathtaking views over vineyards and medieval monasteries within easy reach of the sea and exquisite food in the local restaurants.We have three spacious bedrooms with en suite bathroom and TV and the Apartment Lolita in the loft (max.6 persons): 1 double room 2 sofa beds andor children's beds large lounge with full kitchen SAT-TV on big-screen with DVD and VHS player. Large fireplace.Breakfast and snacks can be taken amidst the beautiful trees and roses in our cool fragrant garden. We will be happy to serve you a variety of local specialities including a wide choice of cheeses and salamis home-grown fruit and vegetables as well as tarts pies and home-made bread. Our villa is the ideal starting point for excursions in the Tuscan countryside either on foot on horseback or by bicycle (available for rent). We will be glad to organise bike excursions on request. Sites of interest include ancient churches Renaissance villas and typical Tuscan farmhouses where you can the taste local wines home-pressed olive oil and other delicious food typical of the region.Enjoy the company of our donkeys Margherita and Ljuba; we organise escursions for children on request and rent bikes.The villa has a large terrace with magnificent views and garden with swimming pool (deck-chairs sunshades and barbecue provided). The villa is situated in the tiny village of San Macario in Piano just 5 km from Lucca and not far from Viareggio the River Serchio and Torre del Lago Puccini. We accept credit cards.
