A beautiful eighteenth century farmhouse that overlooks Monterchi Montemiliano is a mediaeval jewel of the Tiber Valley. This farmhouse is surrounded by green fields and hills and is located in a spectacular position on a Tuscan hill looking across to the Apennines of Umbria and The Marches. It has a splendid view of Monterchi the town which is home to Piero della Francesca's fresco of the Pregnant Madonna (Madonna del Parto) and of the mediaeval hilltop towns of Anghiari and Citerna. The Farmhouse seems like a small country hamlet from long ago. All of these have been completely restored having respect for the original architecture a large living area has been created from the former animal stalls and here guests are welcomed for breakfast. All the rooms and apartments have a private bathroom and independent access. With a fully-equipped kitchen communal dining area rustic pergola with barbecue and a refreshing swimming pool complete the garden area of the farmhouse complex.
