Our 3 Star Hotel offers accomodation for 25 guests 6 rooms with bathrooms and balcony all with a view of the valley and the wonderful mountains and the conca of the hamlet Chiappi (1710 m). 1 suite (2 bedrooms with lounge bathroom and terrace). Restaurant with catering for 45 guests. Typical provencal dishes prepared by the owners themselves. The typical(and unsophisticated) dishes served here date back many years to when the rural cookery of our valleys was studied and pubblished in the book 'Mac de Pan' (but bread). We organise annualy provencal cookery courses guided visit to alpine lakes guided visits to abandoned villages weeks discovering alpine flora alpine nature trekking both on foot or by mountain bike gastronomic evenings with dishes based on our 'local treasure' castelmagno cheese relax week ends.
