Villa La Stella
Villa La Stella is the dwelling of Dante Alighieri's myrtle which is still kept in the large garden. In its shade the great poet wrote to his beloved Beatrice.The structure is located at the foot of the Fiesole hills at only 4 kilometers from the historical center which is well connected by public transportation.The position and the peacefulness makes it an ideal place to pass a holiday have work meetings or refreshments.Villa La Stella has a layout of 42 bedrooms all with private bathroom heating TV and telephone. Hairdryers and safety-deposit service is available without charge at the Reception. There is also laundry service with a fee. The building also has 4 rooms for disabled people. Being in ancient times a tower of sight from some rooms it is possible to admire a beautiful view over Florence; from others one can enjoy the view of the Fiesole hills; from other rooms one can capture the peace of the internal cloister; and from even other bedrooms a person can begin the day having breakfast on the terrace.
