The building maintains the traditional structure and materials of an old Umbrian manor : thick walls wooden beams cotto floors large stone firepleaces. The décor includes antique furniture and hand-woven fabrics from central Italy. The windows open out onto terraces gardens courtyards and the wide Tiber river valley.In the kitchen the chef interprets the traditional flavours of Umbrian cuisine combined with new creations.
