Nestled in a charming hilly landscape Hotel Burg Edelhof lies in the middle of fields of swaying corn in pleasantly rural surroundings. The hotel is located close to Stadtilm in the Thringer Basin in which the northern edge of the Thuringian Forest comes to an end. Stylishly furnished single and double rooms plus our popular wedding room all with TV and minibar offer guests the perfect surroundings in which to spend some relaxing days. Small hall for approx. 20 people large hall for approx. 80 people 'Rittersaal' (hall of knights') for approx. 35 people conference equipment available. Stay with us and the day begins with a varied breakfast buffet - on good weather days on the terrace for house guests. In our stylishly furnished hunting room you can enjoy Thringer cuisine with a Mediterranean influence. Tables set like in the age of the knights-of-arms.
