Old Town Apartments - Metzer Strasse
Our new apartments are located on the corner of Metzer and Straburger Str. in one of the most sought after Berlin neighbourhoods right on the border of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg districts.The area around the historic Water Tower and Kollwitzplatz is ideal for strolling the quaint streets abound with galleries boutiques and independent shops. At the end of a relaxed day's sightseeing there are numerous restaurants and cafes where you can recharge your batteries.Just a few minutes away is Alexanderplatz and the TV tower as well as the UNESCO World Heritage site of Museum Island (Museuminsel). From there a leisurely stroll down the Champs d'Elysee of Berlin Unter den Linden will bring you to the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag.The entire building underwent restoration which was finished in April 2010; an elevator has been put in and the original details such as the double doors and hardwood floors were preserved. All 12 apartments have a fully equipped kitchen bathroom with tub and shower and single beds in the bedrooms that can be connected to make double beds as well as a TV and free wireless internet. All come equipped with towels and bed linen.
