Hotel Domspitzen
The comfortable Hotel Domspitzen corresponds to the standards of a three-star hotel and can be found in the Domstrae approximately 200 metres from Cologne Cathedral (Kölner Dom) and the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof). The city centre is easily reached on foot as well as most of the major attractions such as the Hohe Strasse Schildergasse (always handy for some exclusive shopping) the historic old city on the banks of the Rhine the Philharmonic Orchestra or one of the many museums such as the Imhoff-Stollwerck museum all about chocolate. Please be aware that if you are to arrive later than 6pm you will need to ring the hotel otherwise there's no guarantee of a room. Hotel Domspitzen has 30 cosy and carefully appointed rooms all with shower WC and TV. A safe is available at the reception. Pets can be accommodated on request.Other attractions can be easily reached - amongst them Cologne Zoo the Odysseum or the Rheinpark. For all those who like adventure parks and an adrenaline rush Phantasialand is in nearby Brühl.
