Before he took over the Laupheimer he was a chef at the Park Lane hotel in Hong Kong. Aswell as being responsible for the A la carte menus he was in charge of 93 chefs. He has spent time in America Switzerland and Sweden perfecting his excellent international cooking. The Laupheim hotel benefits from his home cooked regional style food. Food is cooked in a special way with traditional herbs and spices.The hotel is part of an oldbaroque street but rooms are modern and comfortable.Making you feel at home and comfortable is very important to us!Our 32 room hotel is on three floors. Rooms are decorated in a wooden style and are both comfortable and homely.
