Hôtel Du Bois
Our hotel is situated in the resort of Les Houches well known for its ski downhill and slalom world competition 5 kilometres from Chamonix. The 2 towns are linked by a free bus and train service. Our car park is large enough to welcome a coach. The Tour du Mont Blanc goes through Les Houches. We are 1km from Bellevue cable car. The hotel design is of a traditional wooden Savoy chalet. It has 43 bedrooms all with private bathroom with bath direct dial telephone satellite television and a balcony or a terrace. They all have a mountain view. We also have the Chalet du Bois with its 8 flats which can welcome 2 to 10 people. It is located on the south side of the hotel facing the Mont Blanc chain and the garden. The atmosphere is cosy and the staff helpfull and available. They make their upmost to make your stay unforgettable. To relax there is a large heated indoor swimming-pool as well as 2 saunas both services are free of charge. Massages and shiatsu sessions can be booked at reception. From mid June to September we open our outdoor pool it is located on the south side of the hotel in the garden. In our restaurant Le Caprice dinners are buffet style. Our chef offers daily a homemade selection of French dishes as well as the Savoy specialities like fondue..... The Bar and its terrasse (summer only) is the place to relax and have a drink. Our conference room called Belle Epoque (55m) can welcome up to 50 people. It is equipped with videoprojector overhead projector screen and paperboard.
