Each guest room is unique some with terraces overlooking the rooftops of Paris towards the Louvre or out across bustling Paris with the epitome of the Hotel being The Apartment a huge suite on the very top floor of the Hotel with views of the churches of St Germain and St Sulpice. The ancient cellars were converted into a romantic hammam with a swimming pool and steam room where massages can be arranged and champagne enjoyed in private. The outstanding young talent in the Hotel's Chef Philippe Belissant (previously sous-chef at the Michelin starred Ledoyen in Paris) is apparent in Le Restaurant now a stand-alone success within the Parisien gastronomic circles.
