We offer a cooked to order breakfast including vegetarian haggis - continental style for those of you in a hurry.Free WiFi broadband is available. We are close enough to all of Edinburgh's attractions without having the inconvenience of not being able to park - our residential area has free street parking. Also there are frequent and inexpensive bus services to all areas of the city. Our 4 star accommodation is completely non-smoking. If you require assistance in getting around Edinburgh to make the most of all this beautiful capital city has to offer or ideas on where to go to eat and drink.
