Although you can feel the closeness of nature even in Wintertime in front of the fireplaces one never tires of lunching in the garden in the shade of the acacia trees when sunny days allow. Chef G.balland's cuisine offers seasonal products including a few dishes from the Cazaudehore's native region of the Southwest of France. His cuisine somewhere between tradition and inventiveness reflects our closeness to nature authenticity and balance.
